Because all of our products are made to order, we are unable to accept returns for buyer's remorse or size/color changes after an order has been placed.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and a photo of the issue, and we will work to resolve it with a replacement or refund.
Custom and Personalized Orders
All custom and personalized orders are final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Cancellations
Since production begins quickly after an order is placed, cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of purchase. After that window, we cannot guarantee cancellation.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method.
How to Request a Return or Refund
Contact us through our Contact page with your order number and a description of the issue. We respond within 1-2 business days.
